Q: When will my order be sent?
A: We strive to process and ship your order the same day it is placed. We guarantee to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For Canadian orders, Canada Post guarantees delivery of orders within BC in 1-3 business days and other provinces within 2-7 business days. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer. US and International orders will take approximately 7-10 business days but please allow extra delivery time for customs clearance. When shipping to the U.S.A. or Internationally, additional duties and taxes may apply and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Q: If I am buying a gift, can I have my purchase delivered to another address?
A: Yes. Our system allows you to specify a shipping address that is different from the billing address.
Q: What if I only get part of my order?
A: In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped.
